ABOUT OUR COMMUNITY

Parkwood Maintenance Association is a premier established community with many amenities, including a semi-olympic pool, lifestyle events for the members, a playground, tennis court, ranch style opened pavilion, a jogging trail with exercise stations, park area, dog park and a lovely clubhouse. In addition, we have easy access to the OP Schnabel Park which has walking, running and riding trails. We pride ourselves in preserving, maintaining and enhancing the Community.

At Parkwood HOA, we foster a close community through engaging events like Easter Egg Hunts, Dive in Movies, Adult Socials, and Cookies with Santa. Join us for unforgettable experiences and lasting connections.
